Since Leif's last comment was he wanted the issue of quoting of SAGE_LOCAL
documented in SPKG.txt and spkg-install, and I've now added those
comments, I believe this ticket should now get a positive review. I hope
Leif and/or others agree!! It would be good to see it merged into 4.6.1,
which will hopefully address the Fedora 14 issues.
