For the record, here is how to generate a patch for a range of changesets:
{{{
hg diff -r 19:tip > maxima-5.22.1.patch
}}}
Applying the resulting patch is equivalent to applying the output of
{{{
hg export -r 19:tip
}}}
but the `hg diff` patch is not broken down into the individual changesets.
