I've added a new file that seems to work after the pari upgrade, including
workarounds for 2 new pari bugs. I'll do some additional testing before I
make it "needs review" again.
The bugs have been reported to pari [http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1143] and [http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1144]
