After a rather longer than expected delay, I'm attaching a patch which
gives correct results for `is_galois_relative`. I've also rewritten
`is_galois_absolute` using a corresponding algorithm because it is (i)
faster than the existing code, and (ii) capable of handling extension of
larger degree.
