Comment(by pernici):
In this ticket series with total degree truncation are considered.
How does the case of partial degree truncation work,
say with `p` a polynomial
{{{
f = p + O(x^prec_x,y^prec_y)
}}}
Can one define the partial degree truncation as the total degree
truncation with
`prec = prec1+prec2-1`, and if `f._bg_value` has valuation `0` truncate
`x^prec_x and y^prec_y` ?
With such a definition multiplication would work as in the total degree
case, with a truncation of the result, if needed.
