I don't know what happened but I rebuilt ecl and maxima while trying to
add debug information and everything is fine now. I surely did something
wrong at some point...
There are some problems left with what I uploaded earlier in
sage.symbolic.integration.external I'll upload fixed version of the
patches soon.
