Let me also clarify that, even though I uploaded
[attachment:trac_2329_rnfisnorm5.patch], I only rebased the existing patch
and moved parts of it to #10677. So I believe that I am allowed to review
that patch. Only [attachment:2329_reviewer.patch] still needs review.
