True, but...

rather not merge this in the 4.6.2 cycle (unless you give me a very good
reason).
Usually spkg upgrades are best for early in the cycle, I agree, especially
ones like Maxima that have a fair amount of use. I'm sure this will be
first up in 4.7 - assuming we can get the texinfo issue resolved.
