Just to reiterate my point from #9433, I think we should keep the new
version. Current distributions (e.g. Fedora 14) have already mercurial
1.7+. If you have a way old mercurial install, on the other extreme, then
you are probably forced to use Sage's mercurial already. This is precisely
why mercurial is included in Sage.
