 At #1819 Volker Braun suggested:

  * An alias `MPolynomialIdeal.basis` = `MPolynomialIdeal.gens`
  * `Move MPolynomialIdeal.basis_is_groebner` to
 `PolynomialSequence.is_groebner`
  * `Move MPolynomialIdeal.interreduced_basis` to
 `PolynomialSequence.interreduce`.
  * there shouldn't be a `PolynomialSequence.groebner_basis`
