I can't find the message, but William wrote something to the effect on
sage-devel that he did not want people closing tickets unless they had
admin privileges on the trac server.
I did not feel in this instance the closing this ticket as invalid should
have any impact on the current release, which is why I did it without
discussing it with the release manager.
