updated [attachment:trac_1956_multi_power_series_new_4.patch] to include
`#random` flag in doctests of `.random_element()` (lines 291 and 294 of
this patch). Although I've tried to avoid `#random` throughout, it's
necessary here unless I explicitly set the random seed before the tests.
However, even then, the result of the test may change from one version of
Sage to the next (as it has now).
