I guess the problem is that the patchbot tries to apply the patches to
sage-4.6.2. They do apply to sage-4.7.alpha5 (this is the version I am
working with). So, I think we can review it, and if there is any problem
merging the patches, the release manager will tell us.
I am now preparing a new and largely extended patch for #11115. After
that, I will provide the two "dynamical" tests for the patches here.
