Unfortunately, even I am not an ECL interrupt expert. However, I tried to
write the code in such a way that it doesn't really matter what ECL does.
With the current patch, there is no interaction between Sage interrupt
handling and ECL interrupt handling. We just let ECL deal with all
relevant signals.
