 This is a FORTRAN example that calls the problem function and with a 3 x 4
 matrix, which is a problematic size.  So it might fail.  But you need to
 have a configuration that is failing already, or it is not really of much
 use.

 And I have no idea how to compile it, run it, find the right libraries,
 etc.
