#11320: deprecated_function_alias for Cython classes

 Currently you can't use `deprecated_function_alias` with Cython classes
 because they do not have a `__dict__` attribute. This patch implements a
 try/except block as suggested by Florent Hivert in
 https://groups.google.com/d/topic/sage-devel/DayMPddlOds/discussion
