I agree that the current state of the spkg is a big improvement, even if
there are issues remaining. I'm in favor of giving it a positive review
now so we can release it with Sage-4.7.1. There were some good suggestions
on this ticket, maybe Dan can comment on whether he wants to make any
other changes during this release?
