Converting a NAN into a GMP integer is exactly what was happening in
[https://github.com/cschwan/sage-on-gentoo/issues/3] and it didn't happen
when using gslcblas. I will do a full build of sage-on-gentoo with 3.9.40
(or 41) and see if I can see anything.
