Comment:
The build made it all the way. This is Cygwin-only. We will add patch to
the list of needs at [wiki:CygwinPort the wiki] and then add all of those
things to prereq when Cygwin is actually supported. This seems like a
good work flow, that allows continuing unburdened work on the Cygwin port
while recognizing that all prerequisites should be found for supported
platforms.
