Over a finite field theer are always *lots* of isogeny degrees between any
two isogenous curves. For ordinary curves the set of degrees is the set
of all positive integers represented by a ceratin positive definite
quadratic form; for supersingular curves every degree except a finite
number are possible (see Kohel's thesis).
