 Currently Sage 4.7.alpha3 does not start up due to a segfault caused
 by either the new PARI added in 4.6 or the new interrupt handling
 code.  I have a clean backtrace for this, but I haven't delved into it
 yet.

 I wonder whether it would be possible to easily remove the "new interrupt
 handling code" from a current installation.  Or worth it...  I wouldn't
 even attempt to build 4.5.x with all other spkgs 'correct for Cygwin', as
 there probably would be nasty dependency issues...
