At least {{{pbori.cpp}}} is not updated. Did you qimport
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/raw-
attachment/ticket/11575/polybori-0.8.0alpha.p1.patch to the Sage library
and qpush?
Maybe you alos have to touch {{{pbori.pyx}}} before {{{sage -b}}}.
