Here's an update since 4.7.2.alpha1 has been released.
refcount_singular_polynomials.patch applies just fine but there is fuzz
with refcount_singular_rings.patch

patching file sage/libs/singular/ring.pyx
Hunk #1 succeeded at 57 with fuzz 2 (offset 5 lines).
