Likewise, we could add a check for `/dev/shm` to `devel/sage/setup.py`,
since building the Sage library doesn't involve starting up Sage, and I
wouldn't put such checks into places where they would unnecessarily get
run continually or frequently (even when there's no need for e.g.
`/dev/pts` at that point, like during the build), as I said earlier.
