If I remember correctly, that's more or less what you had implemented
for #10668 :-) Of course (and you had taken care of this), unless one
is having a full subcategory, one should have this inheritance only
for elements of the hom category (i.e. morphisms), not for the homsets
or the category.
So ... Do you see a temporary quick fix to have #10667 work for the
moment, before we go on to #10668?
