Comment:

 This version of the file changes the name of `get_constraints()` to
 `constraints()`. It adds an optional argument, `indices`, which defaults
 to `None`; if its value is `None`, then it returns a list of all
 constraints; otherwise, it returns a list of constraints indexed by
 `None`.

 It also adds another function, `number_of_constraints()`.
