The following bug in Ubuntu launchpad says that the symlinks for the
standard libraries are not created:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/atlas/+bug/769180 So you either
create them manually (in a directory of your choice), or you compile ATLAS
again. For the latter, you should probably try to set

export SAGE_ATLAS_ARCH=Corei7,SSE3,SSE2,SSE1
}}}
This works only with the new atlas spkg (4.7.2.alpha3+)
