No I hadn't applied that patch to my branch. However, after doing so
sageinspect.py fails the same way on both x86 and amd64. Now here on sage-
on-gentoo, where #11734 has been applied, sageinspect.py fails on amd64
but passed on x86 with the new refcount patches. This probably doesn't
belong with this ticket even though there appears to be some connection.
