Changelog entry mentions `-m32` and `-m64` rather than `CFLAG32` and
`CFLAG64`.
Tested with `SAGE_CHECK=yes` on Linux x86, x86_64 and ia64, with and
without `{C,CPP,CXX}FLAGS` and `ABI` set.
