But `$SAGE_ROOT/local/lib/python/site-packages/sage` is a symlink to
`$SAGE_ROOT/local/lib/python/site-
packages/../../../../devel/sage/build/sage`, which already contains an
`__init__.py`. Or am I misunderstanding what you propose to do?
