Implement quasisymmetric functions as a graded Hopf algebra with basis.
The preferred basis is the basis of fundamental quasisymmetric functions.
This should also implement the inclusion of the Hopf algebra of symmetric
functions (as a homomorphism) and the principle
specialisation (as a homomorphism).
