I don't think it's a good idea to write the "sage started" file from
`sage-location`, as running `sage-location` doesn't imply that Sage will
or will get run.
Btw., `.pyc` wasn't a typo; while the `.pyc` files don't get "regenerated"
by `sage-location`, they get ''deleted'', such that they'll indeed get
regenerated the next time Sage is run.
(The `.pc` files don't get regenerated either; if at all, they get updated
when necessary.)
