This is ''untested'': I just merged the appropriate spkgs and the Sage
library patch from #11965; I'm building it on my Lion laptop now. (I was
tempted to modify the python spkg to turn off the error when self tests
fail, so you could build with `SAGE_CHECK=yes` and skip that failure, but
I didn't do that. So python and sagetex will fail self tests, and cvxopt
will fail some tests and then hang, or at least that's what happened in my
previous build. I think that cvxopt is the only one of these particular
failures worth investigating. In fact, I'll open a ticket for it.)
