Note that the first patch does not apply on a clean sage-4.8.alpha0: The
hunk that adds `from sage.misc.lazy_import import lazy_import` to
sage/categories/all.py does not match.
But is importing lazy_import really needed? If I see that correctly, it is
not used in sage/categories/all.py
