Okay, here are new patches which add documentation to the `sage-doctest`
script, update `doc/en/developer/doctesting.rst`, and add doctests to
`tests/cmdline.py`. (Is it okay to add to `cmdline.py` instead of
creating a new file `doctest.py`?)
