With sage 4.7.2alpha4, there are three problems left (or four with ubuntu)
:
* boehm-gc (no report from me but I commented in #11883)
* flint (#10328)
* singular (#10903)
and you can add a fourth when the distribution is ubuntu : readline
(#11970).
