We asked Andy Novocin about the case of matrices over {{{RR}}}. If one
wants to use LLL for rational number reconstruction and has lots of
decimal digits he proposed the algorithm in
[http://www.cs.uwaterloo.ca/~astorjoh/issac11ratrecon.pdf]
