 To be precise: The ''old'' behaviour was not consequent. The bucket
 depended on `id(k1),id(k2),id(k3)`, but the comparison was by "==" rather
 than by "is".

 Experimentally, I will provide two versions of `TripleDict`, one using
 "hash"for determining the bucket and doing comparison by "==", the other
 using "id" for determining the bucket and doing comparison by "is".
