 Somebody tried to do
 {{{
 sum(binomial(3, k), k, 0, 3)
 }}}
 and got a weird error, but
 {{{
 sum(binomial(SR(3), k), k, 0, 3)
 }}}
 works.  This is because 3.binomial isn't sophisticated enough.
