 First of all, in my current patch, I forgot the case `k1 is k2`: In that
 case, I would decrement the reference count twice for the same object.
 However, even when I avoid it, I get a double free.

 I wonder: Could the double free result from the fact that I do `del
 self.key_buckets[h][i:i+3]` when the reference count for
 `self.key_buckets[h][i]` is already zero? Or would that be no problem?
