Alternatively, how do you feel about just including twisted as a
dependency in the sagenb.spkg. It would be a few lines change, and then
we have automatic updates to the most recent twisted (for example, twisted
11.1 is already released).
Since we don't customize twisted anymore, that may be much easier than
maintaining a separate twisted spkg. I'll post to sage-notebook about
this.
