Okay, it's not in the documentation, but you should format the Changelog
with lines like
{{{
=== mypackage-3.18.spkg (Jeroen Demeyer, 17 January 2012) ===
* Changed foo to bar
}}}
This is how every spkg does it (except for sagenb, which I can live with).
