I seem to have a broken install here (2nd try). I followed this sequence
of steps to install mathjax + jmol (output of `history` in zsh).

Mathjax is broken and so is jmol. Do I need to install something extra for
mathjax + jmol to work? These steps were followed on a freshly compiled
