 Bill Allombert made a ''pre-release'' of PARI-2.5.1:
 [http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/pub/pari/snapshots/pari-2.5.1.pre2.tar.gz]

 When PARI-2.5.1 is released, we should upgrade the PARI spkg to this
 latest version.  It also happens that this is needed to compile PARI with
 gcc-4.6.2 (see #12369).
