If you want to construct a toric morphism from an algebraic scheme then
the algebraic scheme needs to have a `fan()` method. Of course one could
change he toric morphism to work around that, but after some thinking I
thought it is best to do it. A toric subscheme is in general not a toric
variety, so there shouldn't be any confusion.
