Ok, I'll split the addition of the spkg-check.
Nils, could you have a look at my "reviewer" patch (that I'll upload in a
minute for the sage tree, you can already look at the mercurial log for
the spkg, ignoring the last commit for the spkg-check).
I got rid of a lot of "useless" spaces, jsut want to be sure every one is
happy with that.
