Certainly not here, and I much prefer a ./configure script to make
targets:

$ ./configure --with-optional-packages=cloog_ppl,libelf --enable-install-
gcc
$ make
}}}
I guess having such a ./configure script is a long-term plan for Sage (I
think #11073, #10492, #12479, #12602, #12102, #12631 are steps towards
that goal).
