If I try to run latex and then dvips on these files I get

If I try pdflatex I get

Is it a problem with my TeX installation (TeXLive 2011 on MacOSX) ?
Or something non-standard in this file?
I tried googling for these errors, but most of the results are in Chinese,
and I can't see what
is the problem...
