I don't like this patch. I don't see any problem with "../../../..". Now
you're passing every directory to -I, which isn't really
I don't like [attachment:compile_with_no_up_in_includes.patch]. I would
prefer the patch to add only `SAGE_ROOT/devel/sage` and not all those
other directories.
