The patch makes sense, it builds from scratch, and I upgraded almost
successfully from Sage 4.7.1. I think that's good enough. "Almost
successfully" means that when I do `hg status` in `SAGE_ROOT/devel/sage`,
I see

(The other repositories are clean.) I can't imagine that this is related
to this ticket, so I'm giving this a positive review.
